Thank you for booking your Santa mini session with Eden Bao Photography! Below are information to help ensure you have the best experience at your photoshoot.

PARKING
The home studio is located in a residential neighborhood. To avoid congestion, please park on the west side of 38th Dr SE. DO NOT PARK anywhere on 163rd St SE.
CHECK-IN & YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive and check in with the Elf no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your session time. You will wait in the Client Lounge until Santa’s ready for you. There will be coffee/tea/bevvies for the parents and treats for the kids to take on the road AFTER your session (gotta keep your kids’ face and teeth clean for the photoshoot!)
DO NOT ARRIVE LATE or you will forfeit your session and non-refundable session fee. This is to ensure every family has the best experience in the allotted time with Santa. If you arrive early, to avoid congestion on the neighborhood street and in the studio, remain in your car until you are ready to check in. Please arrive, in your outfit, ready to be photographed. There is no time for last minute primping, makeup, face washing or outfit change or else you cut into your allotted session time and lose out on photo opportunities with Santa.
WHAT TO WEAR
Outfit is totally up to you! It could be formal, casual, pajamas… whatever you like! The easiest way to coordinate outfits is to pick a color palette and coordinate your outfits using those colors. Christmas colors works very well!
DURING THE PHOTOSHOOT
After check-in, we will go right into the shoot! During your session, Santa leads the experience. While your children are being photographed, please stand behind me to watch the session. When we need your children to look into the camera, position yourself behind me and just right above my camera—we want your children to look into the camera and not off to the side or above. Parents are welcome to jump in for a family shot at the end!
Once your session is finish, feel free to grab any bevvies and treats at the Client Lounge on your way out.
If there are any special concerns or considerations for your family, please let us know in advance and we will do what we can to make it special for your little ones.
WHAT IF MY CHILD CRIES AT THE SESSION?
While smiles are preferred, sometimes your baby may not cooperate. Secretly, we LOVE crying Santa pictures! Santa is a seasoned pro and will cry along with your babe. We will do our best to get happy photos with Santa… but crying photos aren’t terrible either. Due to Santa’s busy schedule, there will be no reshoots or reschedules.
AFTER THE PHOTOSHOOT
After your shoot, we will be mad editing for the next two weeks to get your digital images out to you before Christmas! Most print labs’ Christmas deadline is BEFORE December 10. If you need your images immediately, we will expedite your digital images for a $100 rush fee.
REFUND/RESHOOT/RESCHEDULE POLICY
* Due to the custom nature of this session and service, there are no refunds, reshoots, reschedules for ANY reason.
