More often than not, the most difficult shot of 3 – 4 hour newborn photo session is sibling and family shot. Especially if the sibling is a toddler…and the parents have declared him the most difficult subject to photograph. I was warned and sure enough he lived up to his reputation! We sang songs, asked questions, played with toys, danced to music, bribed with candies…but no shot.

The family came in again on a later date and with the help of another photographer, we finally got the sibling shot! He even smiled! I went home and cracked open the beer to celebrate. I don’t even drink!
