Northwest Seattle Newborn Photographer | Mia 4 weeks new

Here are the highlights of Mia’s newborn session! Even at four weeks, an age when most newborn photographers consider mature for a newborn, Mia was great to work with. I especially love the photo of her with her mom on petal of roses. How beautiful is that?!

Older newborns age 4 weeks to 6 weeks are becoming my favorite time to photograph newborns. By then, the family has settled into their new life together, the mother’s childbirth recovery is near complete, and baby is still sleepy. The baby has usually gained some weight and filled out nicely. When the family arrives to my studio, they are well rested and the session goes smoothly.
