Vancouver BC Maternity Photographer Eden Bao | Allison is expecting

I met this inspirational woman three years ago in a social mom group—we were both pregnant with our first child. I noticed a deep scar on her arm, a battle scar I was sure and asked about it. About seven years ago, while out cycling leisurely, she was struck from behind by a truck travelling over 140 km/hr and sustained serious injuries—a broken back, pelvis and arm. The Ironman triathlete fought her way back to health and fitness and is now a fitness and nutrition coach, a marathon runner and a mom…again—Allison is expecting her second child!
